ZINC WIRE
Zinc wire is used for deposition
of zinc coating with the use of electric or flame guns for
corrosion protection on the steel products and in the
electric industry.

The deposition
of zinc coating with metal spraying
is a modern method of corrosion protection. Compared with dip (flame)
coating and galvanic coating, it has several advantages:
the construction
may be coated on site,
the coated
element size is not limited,
the coating
may be applied in damaged places, on the welds, etc.
The zinc coatings obtained with metal spraying exhibit greater
durability, their thickness may be easily adapted to the conditions
of use. The coated elements are not subjected to the thermal deformation.
The high quality of the zinc
wire is ensured by using refined zinc of the highest purity, containing
99.995% of Zn, modern methods
of the plastic forming and meticulous quality
control.

Packaging
The wire is shipped in coils
of 25 kg mass, on bobbins of
16 kg mass or endless. The wire in cartons or barrels is placed on
wooden pallets enabling handling with fork lifts. |
